By creating an account or using the ROID website or desktop application ("ROID", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ROID.
1. What ROID is
ROID is a personal organization and library utility for Roblox audio asset IDs. It helps you save, tag, search, and manage IDs you provide or that are publicly available, and optionally share them with other ROID users. ROID does not host, stream, store, or distribute audio files, and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be old enough to use Roblox in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Pricing and features may change with notice for future billing periods.
- Failed or reversed payments may result in loss of premium access.
4. Keys & free keys
Premium and free license keys are provided for use with ROID. Free keys are short-term and may require completing a third-party offer (Lootlabs) and are subject to a cooldown. Keys are provided "as is" and may be revoked for abuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse ROID, attempt to bypass security, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use ROID for anything unlawful or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not exploit, manipulate, or abuse the free-key, referral, or billing systems.
6. User content & community uploads
If you upload IDs or metadata to the community feed, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant ROID a non-exclusive license to store and display that content to other users. You are solely responsible for what you upload. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
7. Termination
You may stop using ROID and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice where appropriate.
8. Disclaimers & liability
ROID is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, keys, or access. See the Disclaimer.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
