My key won't activate
Most common cause: a stray space when copying. Paste it into a plain text field first to check. Also confirm you're online — the desktop app re-verifies every 72 hours.
I subscribed but no key
Stripe webhooks usually fire within a minute. If still missing after 5 minutes, email so we can re-deliver manually.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Dashboard → Premium → Cancel. Your key keeps working until the period ends.
Lost my lifetime key
Lifetime keys are regenerable. Dashboard → Premium → Regenerate.
Free-key cooldown
Counts from when your previous key was claimed, not when it expired. After the cooldown you can claim another. No daily cap.
Reseller / bulk orders
10+ keys at a discount on /resellers. Self-serve Stripe + CSV export. Over 500 keys, email for a custom rate.
