Common ones, plainly.
What is a "key"?
A short string of letters and numbers. You paste it into the ROID desktop app and it unlocks the premium features. The key is a real KeyAuth license — the same kind serious software uses — not a random string from a database.
Subscription or one-time, what's the difference?
The subscription auto-renews every month. You set it once and stop thinking about it. The one-time tiers (7 days, 30 days, 1 year, lifetime) are pay-and-forget — you'll need to buy another key when the duration runs out. The subscription is the cheapest way to keep ROID active month-to-month.
Is the free key really free?
Yes. You watch one short ad task on Lootlabs (their offer wall), and a real 4-hour KeyAuth license lands in your dashboard. No card. The ad earns the operator a small payment which covers the free key. Once it expires you can claim another after a 30-minute cooldown — unlimited times.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — email the operator within 30 days. We refund any unredeemed key. Subscriptions can be cancelled from your dashboard, no email needed. Lifetime refunds are case-by-case.
Why aren't you on Discord like every other site?
We're not a Discord-only operation — hiding behind a server with no website is how scam sites dodge accountability. ROID has a real site, dashboard, email, and published policies. That said, we do have a full Discord community with a bot that can verify you, link your account, sell keys, hand out free ones, and reach us directly — so use whichever you prefer.
