ROID respects intellectual property rights. ROID does not host audio files; community entries are numeric IDs and user-supplied labels that reference resources hosted by Roblox. If you believe a community entry's text or a referenced ID infringes your rights, you may submit a notice.
Submitting a takedown notice
Send the following to [email protected]:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
- The specific ROID community entry/entries at issue (enough detail to locate them).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the law, or its agent.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice & repeat infringers
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. Note: content hosted by Roblox itself must be reported to Roblox; ROID can only act on entries within ROID.
