What people actually ask.
Subscribe or buy the 30-day key — they're the same price?
They are. The subscription auto-renews. You set it once and never have to remember to buy another key. The 30-day one-time is for people who explicitly don't want recurring billing, even though it works out the same per month.
Is the lifetime key really lifetime?
Yes. One payment, the key never expires, and it's regenerable if you move to a new PC. The desktop app re-verifies online every 72 hours so a stolen key can't run offline forever.
What's a "free" key?
Watch one Lootlabs ad task, get a real 4-hour KeyAuth license. 30-minute cooldown between claims. Unlimited claims over time.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your access stays active until the end of the billing period, then the key stops renewing. Your library, community uploads, and account stay untouched. You can resubscribe any time.
Do prices include tax / VAT?
Stripe calculates VAT and sales tax at checkout based on your billing address where required by law. Robux gifts are Roblox's transaction and follow their own tax handling.
Refunds?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. We refund any subscription's first month or any unredeemed one-time key. Lifetime refunds are handled case by case.
